Delivery Policy for www.hot-spotltd.mu

All orders are subject to product availability.
Minimum order for delivery is Rs 500. For orders less than Rs 500 we send by post with an additional fee of Rs 50 or customers can collect at our store.
We normally deliver within 36 hours wherever you are in Mauritius if products you ordered are available.
We offer free home delivery for every order above Rs 1000 in Mauritius. All orders less than Rs 1000 are subject to a delivery fee of Rs 100.
For Rodrigues we charge a delivery fee of Rs 100 on all orders.
If delivery should be done anywhere outside Mauritius you will have to pay for shipping cost. Delivery will be either by Mauritius postal services or express couriers and customers will be able to track the product.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will inform you and we will deliver part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will contact you to deliver the rest of your order.
Shipping costs for order outside Mauritius are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
For Rodrigues and other countries the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
